Man Rape
You know how, when you read something in the news, and… well… OK, let me start again.
A Saudi man, 28 years old, has been accused of raping a 69 year old man in New York (NY times source), which I have to say goes against my preconceived notions of the older rapes the younger. In court they 28 year old said it was consensual and that he was a “, and to each him own… but what I do not understand is why the Saudi government wanted to bail him out, when in Saudi they put a guy in Jail and sentence him to 1000 lashes for making a stupid video? While the man in question says he’s “just a gigolo”
So the way I see it is, brag about getting more butts than an ashtray like Mazin Abduljawad, or make a provocative video on YouTube, then you go to jail, have sex with a man and confess by saying you are just a gigolo in a court, we hire the best lawyers for you and try to bail you out.
Now, for the good part of the post (and the main reason I wrote this post)… I think Dave Chapelle is back (Saw these vids at Narcy’s blog), and he talks about a serial rapist, who rapes men in Houston.
I’m just happy Dave is back, and he shares my view on the book called “The Secret”

For the Saudi Embassy offering to bail him out for $50,000, and then most probably paying for his prestigious 3-lawyer defense team, I’m thinking wasta or some sort of public embarrassment they are trying to avoid on some VIP’s behalf.
It appears that before he was a gigolo/S&M sodomist/rapist-robber Naief El-Mateiry was an international student at the Faculty of Law of Washburn University (scroll down to photo of international students in their native dress).

Other articles are more explicit that this was a gay pickup that turned into rape (sodomy including with an object), kidnapping, robbery, and physical assault with a knife.

I would imagine his fellow cellmates at Rikers have “dealt with him” even if prison rape statistics are lower that television would have us believe (up to 20% ).
Sadly the term “Saudi-mizer” is being used for this Saudi sodomizer. Also sadly, the aggressor in a homosexual rape or encounter is more respected socially than the passive or effeminate victim or partner. Some continue to define homosexuality as applying only to the receiver not the perpetrator.
That and the fact of impersonating a police officer for the world to see would contribute to the harsh sentence for the video star. And, as you know, Mazen was accused of crimes against Islam, and the case was highly politicized.
So yes the mystery remains, and Dave Chappelle makes some very good points about the lengths men will go to in order to hide the shame of being raped; and that books like “The Secret” make a lot of money but do little substantively.

Perhaps they are just trying to save the Saudi reputation and plan to try him in Saudi? It’s strange indeed.
